Flechas comment about iodine & supplementing thyroid meds

In Dr.Flechas interview with Dr.Stan & he made comment that made me pause. (paraphrasing) Supplemental thyroid hormones inhibit the ability of the body to absorb iodine, this is why when a woman goes on thyroid hormones she doubles her chance of developing Breast Cancer & after 15 years of supplementation she triples her chance & if she has no child her chances go up nearly sixfold to 33%.

Anyone know if this is only for synthetics or does this include natural pig derived hormones or any clue about this info?

I believe Cayce said not to mix Iodine with thyroid meds but he led me to believe that Iodine would usually resolve most thyroid problems.
