The Amish made sorghum molasses I am able top get small quanities of is made by very primitive olf order Amish. They are not clean and have never wore shoes! They don't have power of anykind. Their house is not insulated and you can see through the cracks to the outside. They are extremely poor $$$ wise, yet wealthy in health.

They are the only people I have personally seen that have perfect white teeth and large solid bone structer.

The sorghum molassess I get from them has lots of black chips from the sides of the boiling kettle. To them this is normal. I reheat the molasses and remove these burnt chips. They make their molasses very thick. Everyone in their settlement makes molassess and maple syrup as well as honey, this is their only source of sugar, from their own land.

The closer people live to their own land, the happier they seem to be in my opinon. To live in the concrete cities with so many frequencies and so much pollution has to be a challenge!
