Re: MH, School and old teachings + Glories of 108
Haribol,
I know the feeling, a lot of the American, Canadian and Mexican families usually drive to the Festival in Badger, California during the month of May...
The Festival fee is usually 108 $ and covers a place to set up tents, all the activities, and Prasadam (Holy food)(www.FFL.org) for the week.
For those that are unable to pay, they are allowed some work trade, .. MH health seminar would definately be acceptable, and would cover your family.
I have actually payed some people to visit Srila Gurudeva's Festival, and every one of them has said thank you, I cannot repay you... the truth is they have, countless times over, because they develop some affection for a living saint.
Time and time again we are reminded, a place is holy by the association of saintly persons, and not temples or churches
made of sticks and stones
Actually, is it impossible for someone like me to properly glorify Srila Gurudeva... I try to so because Srila Gurudeva has helped me and his mission is to help all to awaken their dormant Love for God.
