What kind of seminars can the average person who wants to get into the natural healing arts go to?

I'm wanting to do some writing, and become a certified nutritionist. I would love to become a naturopath, but we have no schools in my area (Richmond, Va.), and my truest and greatest passion in life is getting the word out on this type of material you are speaking on.

Do you give seminars yourself? Where?
