Re: bright green bowel movements

i wasn't sure what to use, GNC (general nutrition center) suggested to start first with herb and fiber supplements for colon before using liveraid by liverite for liver flush. i did as suggested and the results, well, have been amazing. please don't think im crazed but for myself this process was enlightening and took on a spiritual aspect. i swear a darkness lifted from me (i didn't realize there had been one there) and is now gone, my joints are painfree, my head is clear, im alert and good natured, my navel stopped itching (funny, but true), and i now am truly happy to be alive.

lol, all this from a good cleansing of my insides, crazy but true.
