Also try cream Ketoconazole 1% 60g for the flaking and oozing
and cream Hydrocortizone Valerate 1% or 2% for the swelling, inflamtion, redness.
Seborrheic Dermatitis sucks but the stuff above is prescription so you will have to go to a dermatologist to get it, it's pretty inexpensive though... I believe even without health insurance it's about $15 per cream.
You may also try using over the counter Shampoo's, Nizoral AD has Ketoconazole in it, in my experience though shampoos tend to dry my skin out too much and cause it to flake still, but the creams I listed above are awesome.
