And what dose is to much of pau darco, 10g?

If per dose then that is pretty high. If per day then that is fine. I generally recommend 1500mg 3 times daily, although I have drunk 2 quarts of the tea daily for 2 weeks to wipe out strep throat. I never got any detox symptoms.
