Re: Message for Invincible
Why must these dietary issues be an 'either/or' scenario?
Polarity, methinks is the reigning emperor in this dimensional third.
I have no preset nor preconceived notions as to how and what to eat other than it be clean, non-toxic (as can be had on this planet at this time), and to listen to my Inner voice as it most decidely leads me to eat what my bodily requirements are for any said day.
I was vegan for 25 years. As I approached menopause, the desire for meat was overwhelming. This initiated much soul searching for it was not my desire to eat flesh. As I intellectually forbid myself to eat the meat, my body was disharmonious with the decision. I acquiesced and ate some lamb.
Everything shifted to a more positive state for me - in all areas of being-ness. I was more grounded, had greater clarity & felt much more 'capable' in my physicality.
Now I simply listen to the still, small voice when it answers my query, "What should I eat/drink today, and how much" with the soul intention of maintaining balance.
I find that my 57 year young body requires clean flesh 1-2 times per month at this juncture. That could change at any time as my physical frequency changes.
So, put this carnivore/vegan issue to rest & allow the lion to lay down with the lamb. For all is truly love. Even the sweet animals' desire to serve humanity in a way only they can.
Thank you for listening. Pax
