Same thing happened to me yesterday, actually. I'm 5'3", rather small (even more so with juice fasting, I'd say I'm a 100 lbs right now) and I was just SURE through months of IF1&2 that I was pretty MP free. Riiiigght....

Was I still drinking coffee with cream in it during those months? Yep. Was I moving and not eating the way I'd rather have been? Yep. Yep. Yep.

I did a Coffee-Enema last night and poof - what I thought was a slow down in BM's from IP Liver Flushing and forgetting therapeutic doses of IF2 for a few days was fodder. Ha! During the Coffee-Enema last night I had a whole FOOT of MP and some pockets...and 2 gray, creepy twisted hemp twine looking things which I remember having emitted last year while hookworm/tapeworm cleansing. Sigh...just finished another Coffee-Enema and getting ready to strap on ye ole castor oil pack and hope for more soon. I get so bummed now if I don't see stuff come out. Talk about a paradigm shift! I remember on my first parasite cleanse thinking 'I just don't wanna see it'...and then thinking immediately that that was an EXCELLENT way for the body to constrict and not allow flow. I figured I was writing the chance for them to stay and harbor in my body forever. No thanks! Tweet
