Ha! Through schmooo.
I've been conducting my fluke attack (thorough cleanse) for about six (?) weeks now since discovering I had a bad case of swine fluke (sorry). Garlic & cayenne, liver tincture, IF#1 & 2, daily CEs, weekly or semi-weekly liver flushes. This week as I came to the end of 5 lbs of S.A.Wilson's coffee; and as I contemplated ordering more, i wondered as how maybe it was time to take a break from cleansing. After all I haven't seen any flukes for a couple weeks now.
Instead I told myself to give it another good week. So yesterday I resumed garlic/cayenne after taking a week break from it. I'd sort of missed it in a weird masochistic sort of way. (Also, I've noticed that I see roundworms after hitting them w/ cayenne)
Tonight I did my usual CE... Lo & behold, two more flukes, and more than a foot of mucoid plaque! I've seen the occasional piece of MP, but nothing like this.
Holy cow, this cleansing business is nothing short of a process, isn't it?!... Makes me wonder how many people might have as much yuck as I do inside, and they do a short packaged off-the-shelf cleanse, thinking they're good to go.
I must have stirred up a lot of yuck loosening up that MP; have got a bad case of gas. So I'm boiling up another CE to ease things.
Planning on ramping things up again. Boy am I ever motivated!

This is a reply to # 1,525,003Same thing happened to me yesterday, actually. I'm 5'3", rather small (even more so with juice fasting, I'd say I'm a 100 lbs right now) and I was just SURE through months of IF1&2 that I was pretty MP free. Riiiigght....
Was I still drinking coffee with cream in it during those months? Yep. Was I moving and not eating the way I'd rather have been? Yep. Yep. Yep.
I did a Coffee-Enema last night and poof - what I thought was a slow down in BM's from IP Liver Flushing and forgetting therapeutic doses of IF2 for a few days was fodder. Ha! During the Coffee-Enema last night I had a whole FOOT of MP and some pockets...and 2 gray, creepy twisted hemp twine looking things which I remember having emitted last year while hookworm/tapeworm cleansing. Sigh...just finished another Coffee-Enema and getting ready to strap on ye ole castor oil pack and hope for more soon. I get so bummed now if I don't see stuff come out. Talk about a paradigm shift! I remember on my first parasite cleanse thinking 'I just don't wanna see it'...and then thinking immediately that that was an EXCELLENT way for the body to constrict and not allow flow. I figured I was writing the chance for them to stay and harbor in my body forever. No thanks!

This is a reply to # 1,525,016Being 10 days in - I'm VERY excited about seeing how the next many weeks turn out. I finished Liver Flush week and am in the middle of kidney cleansing.
No more blood pressure issues. My hands haven't been cold once - that's interesting. My head hasn't pounded at all, I haven't had that 'squeezy throat and head' feeling that my head will come right off my body and float away.
I haven't used my inhaler in 2 weeks. My nasal passages are drastically clearer already.
Stomach pains are gone - no gallbladder attacks either.
Several days ago when I ovulated - I REALLY ovulated...like I don't remember having done so since I was a teenager. It was...topographical. SO EXCITING!
I think this is a pretty good list for 10 days!! I've already begun emitting parasites and my physical balance is definitely better.

Goodness Miss H what an impressive list for only 10 days. Just goes to prove that the IP DOES work!
Just think what kinda testimony you'll have when you get through it, I can't wait to hear about it. What a blessing to not have used the inhaler for 2 weeks, I know you don't miss that lol.

Ball Jars Lie.
I've been pouring the 'Bad Calcium Flush' mixture into a ball jar up to the 2oz. mark. The chef I live with is standing next to me and watches me pour it. He says, 'that's not 2 oz., I don't care what the jar says'. I said, 'it's not? how can it not be?'
He grabs a proper measuring cup and a big ladle. He fills the ladle with tap water and without looking at the measuring cup, poured a perfect 2 oz. into it and said, 'now that should be a perfect 2 oz.' Darn if it wasn't EXACTLY on the 2oz. mark. Wow. Stinking chefs. Ball jars lie. :)

This is a reply to # 1,526,688Using exactly 4 tablespoons of water (which is 1/4 cup, or 2 fluid ounces), the 2oz mark on our Ball brand (wide mouth) pint jars is exactly perfect. (???)
There isn't a two ounce mark on our quart size ball jars.
So, were you having more or less than 2 oz? (not that "smidge" makes much of difference).

P.S. To everyone - please NEVER rely upon any type of large jar or other measuring device to measure small quantities (for cooking or "herbing"). Many times even a "one cup" measuring cup does not measure smaller quantities accurately.- Re: Hmmmm...(edit) Re: Ball Jars lie... Miss Helfinger

After the nasal snuff measuring spoon showed I snorted almost twice what was called for - I'm a little burned on learning how much measuring devices can be off. Ya know? I mean - the measuring cup was perfect but the ball jar was not. They weren't equal. I see it doesn't matter smidges but it makes me wonder what's consistent, that's fo sho.

I don't mean to come across as stressed about it - I find it ridiculous but it's not like I felt I was in danger or anything. Just interesting that a chef knew by site that it wasn't 2oz and yet poured water out at a perfect 2oz - I find that very funny.

I hadn't really ever thought about not trusting what the measuring line was on the Ball jars but after I read your post I had to try it for myself lol.
I measured 4oz in my measuring cup and it measured 4oz in my quart Ball jars but my half gallon Ball jars don't have the ounces marked just cups and pints. I measured two cups from a 2 cup measuring cup and it registered about 1/4" above the 2 cup mark in the jar. Strange.
So, quart jars don't lie but my 1/2 gallon jars do lol!

This is a reply to # 1,525,506I had a cyst that comes and goes on my right breast and it hurts each month. It went away with Iodine therapy but then came back if I wasn't directly taking Iodine everyday. It's gone - and there's no pain. Crazy!
'Nuther update.
I thought I was spotting too early. I was so bummed. I shouldn't be but I'm emotional right now from kidney/adrenal cleansing and tomorrow would be my only brother's 31st birthday. He was my best friend and it's still so hard.
So, I started spotting yesterday. Before I looked at the calendar and saw it's almost the 22nd (emotional trigger) I see spotting as still being indicative that my body is still off. I'm a girl, I'm emotional, it's an anniversary, Thanksgiving is always HARD because of it and blah blah blah. I always secretly sneak off and cry by myself on turkey day. Born on the 22nd of November and shot himself on his 22nd birthday on the 22nd of November. Emotional, right? That might make a girl spot early on an IP.
HOWEVER...remember above when I said I topographically ovulated? That was only 5 days after I started my period. HOWEVER - reading tonight I realize that 'normal women' should start spotting or bleeding 13-15 days after they ovulate.
Guess who's right on the money? I mighta been short on those numbers before ovulation but - I'm right at 13 days since I ovulated. That has not happened to me since I was on the pill for irregular periods and got off at 26.

What a great surprise to get huh? A whole foot of MP!
I've wondered the same thing about all the people who go to the store and buy a week long cleanse and call it done, after reading on this forum and seeing all the pictures there is no way doing a week long cleanse could get it all.
Kinda gross to know all that yuck has been inside us for God knows how many years!
Cleanse on Bundles, you're an inspiration!
