Hi again...so, that's great that you have your eliminations moving along just fine...You are really getting to know your body!

So, I took Paragone ($37 Canadian...that's about $24US) - but that is only for the first 15 days (1 package = 15 days) They say that it's best to do 30 days.

It sounds like you can start right in on the Bentonite and psyllium drinks. Just read that PTree link I gave you to find out exactly how to do it.

The psyllium I bought, I just love (I've tried bulk and it just wasn't as good...no ropes!) and it is Flora brand, 'Indian Psyllium Husks'...one small jar (lasts about 10 days?) cost about $4 US. The Bentonite I use is liquid (way easier to deal with!) and is Innovite brand...one big bottle lasts about 20 days. (these are rough estimates!) And costs roughly $8 US.

I took the b&p 4 times a day...but work your way up slowly.

If I were you I'd do 2 solid weeks of b&p...then add the parasite cleanse at that time (and keep up with your liver flushes...you seem to be doing really well with them) and do both, if you can get it scheduled right!

Instructions are on the Paragone package...take 3X a day on an empty stomach (1/2 hour away from any food)
