Hi Noflush! Well...with the
Master-Cleanse you addressed kidney cleansing, so that's great! (as well as many other benefits, of course)
One question: how are you bowel movements usually? Do you tend towards constipation? How many per day...etc etc! Just gettin' an idea.
And, while bowel cleansing you CAN eat, you don't have to fast.
You can do the
Bowel Cleanse and the
parasite cleanse at the same time...but it does get a little tricky with the timing because both thing need to be taken on an empty stomach. For many people it feels right to clean the bowel first, then the
parasites (because you're cleaning out their livingrooms, first! no place to hide!) But, of course, you might be itching to do the
parasite cleanse...which means: you should do the
parasite cleanse, then!
You could do the
Bentonite and Psyllium drinks...read PTree's post on them:
//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=105&i=979 or you could do other bowel cleanses...Schulze's etc. (but I don't have experiences with that one, so others can tell you about that)
You've probably already read somewhere (I'm always saying it because, to me it PROVES that the B&P really works!) that my boyfriend pooed out a shiny 1974 penny that had been in him for about 26 or so years....after only 5 days of taking the B&P 4X a day! yup! (he was eating normally, but well) I've gotten out lots of mucoid plaque ropes while taking the b&p too...just incredible! They are dwindling now.
For
parasites you can order
Clarkia on-line or buy Paragone from your local vitamin store....or any parasite cleanse that contains
Black-Walnut hull,
Wormwood and cloves.
*oh, I only wondered about your bm's because, if you're prone to be constipated, then you should address that first and start your bowels moving before you start taking the b&p!
Anything else? Let me know what you decide to do! (tons of info, I know!)
