Request accurate information on Bowel cleanse from experiences

Dear All,

I tried reading through the literature but I would want to hear from people's who ahve had good flush experiences. I really.want to get started on my Bowel Cleanse soon.

Could someone be nice and patient enough to tell me what items exactly I need and what do I have to do and whether I can continue eating as normal or do I have to fast. Also, I don't want to do any zapping- is that necessary? Could someone also tell me how much do the required items for this cleanse cost approximately?

Can I do kidney, bowel and parasite cleanse simultaneously? So far I have done one Master-Cleanse and three liver flushes.

Would appreciate any and all help.
