fruit is fine when your on the candida diet, natural sugars do NOT feed canddia and comprise a very large part of the biological human diet. Not eating fruit is a mistake, they are loaded with anti oxidants, vitamins, minerals and most importantly natural sugars which are the easiest assymilated form of energy when compared to other foods. Eat fruit but make sure you follow food combining otherwise it might be doing more harm than good. people confuse natural sugars and refined sugars, do some research in between the two you will see natural
Sugar is your bodys best friend in every aspect, candida or not.
candida mainly feeds off WASTE, that means if your digestive system is sluggish you are feeding candida, if your intestinal walls are coated with waste you are feeding candida. The reason eliminating dairy, meat, processed sugars, processed wheat/grains helps get rid of candida symptoms is because those foods are the cause of much of the waste in out bodies.
