Those are good tips, yes I summarized earlier but you're right, to be more specific I don't drink alcohol, haven't been eating any junk food and did cut out all fruits out of my diet except grapefruit in the morning to aid my iron supplement absorption the vitamin c helps. If you are seeing some positive results to the candida diet then keep with it, and if it is fungus or bacteria infection use miconozole cream on your lips takes care of the immediate infection, while your diet works on the underlying cause. Also if you are a menstruating women you might want to see your doctor and get your iron stores in your liver checked.
I have had success for about 2 weeks now, and by success I mean no lip crusts. The only thing I have to deal with is in the morning sometimes I have whitish stuff around the vermilion of my lips and I can just run a q-tip around it and it comes off easy, then I use mouthwash and brush my teeth right away put on the A+D ointment and my lips are good all day. I reapply the A+D about three X's a day.
