So, you're doing now 2 shakes a day? Since we seem to share a commonality in past elimination problems (I too have been there done that re: the er---you're not alone!), I want to do this p&b shake thing right so that I don't worsen my situation.
So far I haven't had a bm since I began the shakes (about 2-3 days), but I don't feel any discomfort. I'm doing a shake in the morning upon arising, and one in the evening, w/water all day/night. Is that what you're doing?
I'm a full time student currently working on my masters so the cleansing doesn't interfere w/my day in any way. But I still don't want to exacerbate my problem.
I have noticed that the dull ache deep in my lower abdominal area has lessened a great deal, so I figure things "must be moving"...I noted that you mentioned your "m.o." seemed to be working for you.
