Were you previously using WHOLE psyllium or whole HUSK psyllium? This can be terribly confusing...I know...there are several different forms of psyllium. Whole psyllium...not the husks...has limited value for cleansing because it doesn't absorb water like the husks do. Whole husk and powdered (husk) psyllium... which are both powder actually...the powdered is just a finer powder will both absorb lots of water.
Also...if you start getting sluggish again...try using 1 teaspoon of the powdered psyllium instead of 1 Tablespoon...and you can use 1 Tablespoon of the liquid bentonite.
