Hi everyone! I am new to here, so give me a minute. I have reading the posts in this forum for about 3 weeks now and am getting mixed messages. Won't get into a long story but bottom line: I am ALWAYS constipated. Have bm's about once every two weeks. Went to get a colonics and bought some stuff that doesn't quite work for me. (runs, stomach cramps, etc...) Anyway, finally decided to do the P&B shakes. Just went and bought the POWDER (because of a post I read earlier) and the Great Plains bentonite. (I know that psyllium (in metamucil) really bloats me and I hear it is because of the Sugar that is in it, but bought the powder and am ready to try it. Kind of apprehensive, don't want the bloat, can't stand the bloat...any suggestions on how to avoid it? Or should I just try it and see what happens?
