My interest in knowing whether this was true or not and having a bit more information than a passing reference, was solely based on wanting to understand more about the user's experiences, good, or bad. It had nothing to do with "turning it back" on them.
I think you are letting your emotions get the best of you here... and are reading things into what I wrote that were not intended.
BTW - 91565 took care of it for me in a very humble and civil manner. 91565 has my deepest respect... and I am grateful.
