Re: premature sadness...
...and joy.
Webmaster has not banned ML, Maya has given him a "time out".
IMO, it took a lot of courage to do what Maya did. She's probably suffered more from her association with ML than just about anyone...and that action by HER is very powerful. She was the best part of that forum when she was involved, but no amount of kindness or trying to explain that he was "fatherly" and "he really sounds nice on the telephone, he really does" or hinting that he should tone it down did any good. It was after yet another one of his homophobic rants that she chose to cut ties(I believe, could be wrong on that, it's been a while). So, IMO, she gave him chance after chance after chance and definitely suffered because of her association with him. So much that she chose to leave CZ.
I'm glad to see her back, I hope she sticks around.
And there is no "mob". There are people here that have a problem with ML for one reason or another, quite a few people. To insinuate that this was "mob" action though is absolutely incorrect... and none of us "mobsters" have access to the red button.
So anyway, chill out, relax.
Webmaster makes the final decisions around here, and it seems to me that just a few days ago he upheld ML's right to run his forum as he sees fit.
We shall see.
