How can you be so sure they work then?

And why don't altmeds don't keep decent records themselves and publish them on the internet? Any mainstream doctor can explain to them how to make a good case file. When you have sufficient of these, you can extract data from them and publish the lot. Mainstream Science or big pharma has no way of stopping this.
