thanks Uny .. and that is so true (I think "an infection is an infection", and "an allergy is an allergy".)

 I just had a lightbulb moment that led me to believe I had an allergy flareup..
  I am much better today though and other than some head congestion I am quite normal
  I really ramped up the ech/cay/garlic yesterday and I do now think it had something to do with it..
  I have been trying to figger this out all day ..
 I may have been premature to say that it was/is allergies
but with my prior history with them I automatically thought that was the problem ...
  I may be wrong though I dunno..just trying to figger stuff out thats all.
and another thing I thought was if it is allergies then why am I getting better??? duh! lol..am I confused or what

  Well I plan on doing another juice fast and colon cleanse in the next few weeks and throw in some liver flushes to boot... got my friend in on going on a diet together along with her youngest who is borderline diabetic and we are gonna see what we can accomplish ..done told her I was going on a juice fast and all too which I am not expecting to lose any weight from and that she would have full advantage at that time ..LOL..not sure what is gonna be at stake here but it sure is good motivation to go forward with it.

I am still pain free cept sometimes I notice that when I sleep too long on my right side or whatever the pain comes back for a few hours upon awakening and lingers for a few hours and then goes away..I don't understand that at all..Can you explain it Miss Uny?

 I don't have problems with heartburn or indigestion anymore cept when I eat too much fat whether good or bad....so the flushing I did has helped some with that and helped tremendously with the pain ...my energy level is really good right now ..I have been going and working my butt off cept for this past sick episode I've had ..

  I understand if you don't have time to answer this but would appreciate it greatly if you could    :)
