A physical aspect to add to the mix:

remember - it's Ragweed season and also mold, dust, etc. Problem being that with allergy season our lung are already aggravated. The fascia adheres to the rib cage and it can create stabbing pains throughout your chest cavity, under your arms and radiate like a heart attack. It might be difficult where you are but getting someone to work on your lung fascia will set you right as rain quickly. A little extra magnesium-rich food would help, too. It's like going to the gym and only doing curls and no extension to lengthen the muscle tissue. When allergy/mold season comes the wheel spins and our muscular structure gets a little stuck in the position it's been in.

The same can be said for cubicle dwellers and their lack of peristalsis. Always bent over, like a curl at the gym, never any retraction.

Getting a pull-up bar rocks. You can get them at any Wal-Mart or Target thingy. They're cheap - hang it in the door to the kitchen and hang from it while water's boiling for tea or whatevah.

Cheers!
