gosh Willow thanks a bunch for all the info ..
I don't have any lobelia that I know of .I sure can't find it if I do ..I know its good stuff as Uny told me bout it one time.
what about mullein tea? I have that I know
I also have black cherry bark root,marshmallow root,rosemary,ginger ..but the wellness formula has all that in it cept for the sage and rosemary ..
gosh darnit ..I wish I had some lobelia
I am gonna get up and go check again to see if I may have overlooked it

I really needed something like that 5 days ago
so now what ? is there anything else?
the tightness/tickling when I breath is worse of a morning when I first wake up but the pain persists all day long . my throat actually hurts from the lymphnodes down into the chest and not my actual throat hence thats why I am thinking upper resp infection..does that make any sense at all? I don't have my tonsils so that may be why I am not sure..
