Yes Chiron, although I first learnt of this way of fasting by Fonty, who is sadly no longer posting.
I did 7 days soon after Fonty mentioned it to me and where the detox effects were slightly more severe than I expected as I am relatively toxemic-free because of my Hygienic lifestyle.
