I've been doing some research on this, and it seems as if dry fasting is the real deal. It seems to be much more natural than water fasting, and is what animals actually do in the wild. It seems as if Water Fasting is to dry fasting as juice fasting is to water fasting.
It's supposed to be a much more efficient/stronger detox. Apparently one day of dry fasting is equal to 3 days of water fasting. This means that dry fasting for a few days only can accomplish what a 10 day Water Fast would.
I'm on day 2 of a dry fast, and it's definitely intense. Does anyone have any experience with this? also what opinions do some of the more experienced people here have on it?
