Iodine = energy. Coconut oil = energy. Cayenne pepper for quick delivery to the cells. I take the coconut oil by the spoonful + use it in my cooking.
Gives me a steady, long lasting energy.
The short-medium long fatty acids in coconut goes straight for energy (doesnt have to go via the liver as most fats) while long fatty acids, typically grain/omega 6 goes to storage as they are not easily utilized as energy. The estrogen of women causes the long ones to storage as fat in the body.
As a sidenote; when visiting Thailand first time 14 years ago I couldnt see one obese thai there; coconut is a staple food there. Now after grains, "oils" and processed food from the west have influenced the tourist areas there, I see a lot of obese folks; especially among the ones that work in tourist beach areas.
Their kids too, unfortunately.
