Sumner, I'm sorry you feel this way, but if you do, you do. CZ is FAR from perfect (as is any communication on the internet). There are gaping holes that can never be seen or filled without personal contact. That's the risk/problem we all face when asking for help, joking around, giving advice, sharing too much about ourselves, or trying to run a forum smoothly.

I can't change that - I can only do my best to give people the tools and information they need to heal themselves.

No one knows more than me (likely) about the effects of psych-pharmaceuticals. I took them for 15 years, and my mother's soul has been shattered & destroyed because of them. I realize what they do and how they affect people - and it's clear (to me) that you're likely adversely affected by the one you are on.

I intend for this forum to be a place that people can come that are serious about their health & healing - and in offering the support, guidance and truth that people require (AND to keep everything fairly balanced amongst the zillions of personalities and various needs) - sometimes 'blunt' just 'has to be'. Because without truth & honesty, we've got nothing.

The truth (and it is a "truth" no matter what you perceive) is that there ARE others that clearly seem to be reading & searching for answers more diligently than yourself - that have far greater 'home responsibilities' and less time that you have. Pointing out (what you called "being a shirk") is the only way I know of to push you to learn what you need to learn to take responsibility for your own health...and never have to rely on ANYbody (on the internet OR "in real life") for your health and well being.

I apologize if it's "gone awry" and you ended up perceiving what was meant to be a "push in the right direction" (or a big shove) to be an attack on who you really are as a person and a man. I certainly didn't mean for it to "come off that way"...and I mean that sincerely. I hope you'll take the same responsibility for your words.

If you get in trouble with the withdrawal or have health issues that you need help with (and you want to ask here), the door is always open.
