Thank you, both of you, by the way...attempting to heal oneself, while demanding physically, DEMANDS DEMANDS DEMANDS DEMANDS DEMANDS DEMANDS at least a shred of self-esteem...which will wax and wane during the healing process, creating a bit of backsliding at different points.

I am obviously *very* guilty (too strong a word, while a *victim* of it is too far in the other direction) of backsliding...I'm all over the map.

But my internal self did tell me that something is seriously wrong with my liver, hence me parachuting in here last week and asking about liver flushes, when you've both told me dozens of times the exact order protocols in which to get back to me, whoever that is! Oy. Tweet
