What I tell anyone that comes to me asking questions on CZ is the same thing...take the darned time to research for yourself, understand YOUR body and what you are dealing with, and don't put CZ forum owners on a pedastal and make them a "God"!

Have people had negative things happen from believing the "forum God's" have the truth, the whole truth, and the only ones with the truth? Heck yes, I know several of them here on CZ that put their full trust in the protocals of some of these people and have had serious complications because of it.

There is also a reason Barefoot and Moreless are confined to their own forums.
