These personality types engender a lot of frustration around them. I had the chance to analyse one of these types in my own life. If you defend yourself against the tirades, you feed their delusions, if you ignore them, they feed their own delusions by thinking they have had some kind of victory. If you ignore them , unfortunately they do not go away, but sometimes it is the only way to contain your own frustration.

I can see from your posts that your motivation is not a selfish one, you appear to be genuinely trying to help people to see through some of the rubbish that is being posted, I admire this.

I'm going to ignore ML from now on, as I can see nothing constructive to my healing coming from a pitched battle with this type of person, hopefully he will get tired of getting no response and leave me alone.

I would greatly appreciate being able to read your posts and those of others on this forum, and on occasion enjoy an inteligent discussion on matters of health. I would love to hear your opinion on Maca as an adaptogen.
