A blender is a tool when used properly will make a hot soup or a frozen desert.Enzymes serve a purpose and they are active or inactive or in a state of decay.They are used to speed up actions WITHOUT being consumed by the action.Decay takes time when you cut up fruit does it go bad in 60 seconds?No it does not,If you dice it finely does it go bad in 60 seconds?No it does not.To juice is good to believe juicer sales pitches is not.As with all tools use it wisely and you will be blessed.
