Re: So sowwy, VitaMix does not equal "juicer/juice"...Re: juicer opinion & tip

Yes the VitaMix does get whatever you put in it hot if its in there long enough.  I make soup in my VitaMix and its great as a cooking tool.  But when I'm making smoothies of any kind, green or fruit I always add a few ice cubes and it liquifies the ingredients so fast there is no time to get hot, in fact mine are always ice cold.

I know what Uny is saying about getting a juicer but until I can decide which one I need/want and until I get ready to do the full IP I'm using my VitaMix.  I understand that a juicer provides only juice whereas the VitaMix grinds everything to a liquid pulp therefore we are really also drinking all the fiber which I understand we shouldn't do while doing the IP.

Before I start the IP I will be purchasing a juicer but in the meantime its okay Uny isn't if I use the VitaMix while doing the bowel cleanse?  Just want to make sure. I haven't had any problems with it and I do understand about the difference between juicing and blending to a pulp as it were LOL.  Maybe I shouldn't be drinking all the fiber while doing the bowel cleanse, don't know.  If I should actually be using a juicer while doing the bowel cleanse could you let me know and I'll go ahead and buy one.  I want to do things right.
