Re: Root Canals: the Root Cause of Your Cancer or other Illness?
Hi Sherry,
Its a big decision to make to have a tooth pulled, but I did have 2 root canalled teeth pulled about 9 years ago.
One in particular, was giving me an enormous amount of trouble and no doctor could diagnose the problem even though many of my symptoms were facial and very obvious; i.e, bells palsy symptoms, cheek bloating, lip drooping, excessive salivation (due to the root filled with mercury). In fact, doctors diagnosed me with other nuerological diagnoses including Melkerson Rosenthal Syndrom; its amazing to think that that this diagnosis was completely false as evidenced by all of my symptoms going away once that tooth was out.
I would think carefully about your root canal. Is it giving you noticeable symptoms? Perhaps step one is to do alot research, step 2 to visit a biological dentist (not a regular one) for a consultation. For me, it took me a while to work it out; but once I knew, the tooth had to come out; there were no other options.
Once the tooth is out there are a few options.
1. leave a gap
2. bridge
3. implant
4. leave the gap and have a plate/denture made
The best option imho is to leave the gap and have a non toxic plate (with a tooth on it) fitted, and wear this during the day; and take out at night. I actually had a bridge put on; and I really regret it now; as I have caused yet another problem for myself. Implants involve drilling into the jaw and fitting metal into your body; not a good idea and bridge means grinding your adjacent teeth down and that's not good either. Keep the good teeth you have untouched.
Good luck with yours!
