That was a really helpful post. I have also been getting better and better which is proof to me that I'm moving in a good overall direction, but I just get worried of losing my gains by taking steps down a bad path or such. I have been in situations several times where it seemed like one step forward, two steps back and it's very discouraging, but I still push on since I'm still breathing. For me the journey has been rough with many unknowns, but I still have a sense inside that it will be all worth it in the end.--Thank you for taking the time.
