I've never tried to flush the liver or anything like that. But I have passed something that was a literal stone. It was when I was doing enemas with stuff added to them. I can't even remember what it was now, something as recommended in a book I was reading. Anyway, I was shocked when I passed something hard like a rock, dark, smallish. Very strange. I've always thought it must be a stone of some sort, as I've never eaten a rock before, lol.
