Can the water itself perforate?

Thanks Valerie. Even if I get the tube in OK can I still perforate the colon anywhere if I put too much water in?

I think I need to gain more confidence in my therapist doing it before I have a go at an enema anyway! Actually colonics are very expensive. Mine charges £55 for an hour which is a lot I reckon.
