I had a CT scan (because of a pain in right abdomen for a year) which revealed that the whole of my transverse colon was remarkably loaded. Quite incredibly the consultant said it would do no harm to leave it there!!!
Anyway, after my first colonic my therapist said that I was very dehydrated.
As I am so loaded (probably for 4/5 years as I've had overflow diarrhea for that long) and dehydrated, will drinking a lot of water make much difference to it or just wash over it?
Also would any particular exercise help to move it?
