Cases like this are always difficult to deal with. Olivia is clearly endangering her life at this point. I believe most people want to help and support Olivia, but not her actions. The woman is free to do what she wishes, however she must not be held up as a role model; nor should people attempt to copy her.

While we must not resort to name calling and being overly judgemental, we must also remain very aware of the dangers this woman is discussing in her video. The more I see and hear from her, the more I am convinced we are not looking at a person seeking health and healing, we are dealing with someone with very serious problems manifested in an extremem eating disorder.

Please do not allow this situation lead to disharmony within the forum. I pray that seasoned fasters will be able to safely and rationaly led Olivia to a saner, safer fasting lifestyle. She does need support, but she desparately needs help too. Tweet
