There is a way to break a long fast and a way not to. Unfortunately, our friend has chosen the latter. Stomach discomfort is the visible price and it can get a lot worse with continued wrong eating which will compound the problem. Olivia needs to be on a juice diet for several days, then raw fruits and vegetables for several more.
