it's me again i m confused about the candida diet cause i am intolerant to alotta foods so im already on a strict diet i eat brown rice pasta frozen lima beans and oil every other day i m allergic to lettuce tomatoes and i dont think i can survive on just vegetables i cant eat meat cause of my fecal Body Odor that includes poultry cause of my inability to digest foods i think it would be appropriate for me to abstain from all forms of meat should i stick with the pasta cause it is brown rice or just munch on only frozen lima beans cause i tried other vegetablles like sweet potatoes,spinach and peas but by body reacts to it so i might start back on brocolli its not filling though included is avocados expensive too i have been hearing a lot about probiotics been on some my self to my dissapointment there r so many out there i wanna know the very best ones out there in liquid or powder form my body cant breakdown tablets and it has an inability to absorb nutrients and is saeurkrauts much better if so what brands are out there that have no preservatives and where can i get them and what about digestive enzymes for digestion purposes what r the best brands out there and is acv a digestive enzyme if so how do u use it effectively to see results and is stevia good for me cause i have candida they say cause its an herb it doesnt turn into fructose so it's safe for candida sufferers and what kind of spices r safe for me to use given that i have alotta food intolerance and alergic to alotta things and i wanna do a parasite cleanse real badly but as is the case with everything else there's alotta them out there i wanna know which one is the best and most effective hear a lot about the barefoot herbalist is it effective i dont know anything about it and can u please give me details about oil pulling i m clueless what kinds of oils r needed and do u know where i can get potent and undiluted chlorophyll in either liquid or powder form and do any of u guys know anything about aloe vera juice or gel said to be effective in curing LGS is it best in concentrate form and do u know where i can find the best brand preferrably without preservatives i really appreciate ur insights cause i dont wanna waste my money and time on fairy tales or scams thanks for ur patience really appreciate it
