DIY Massages and Dr. Christopher's Original IP
>>>
You don't HAVE to use Deep Tissue Oil as your massage oil. You could apply DTO yourself, maybe in the morning, to the best of your ability. Then maybe you could ask your husband to give you a massage with different plant oils at night. Dr. Christopher's IP includes a rotation of three different oils- wheat germ (which, unfortunately, we can't seem to get organically, but Mountain Rose Herbs carries what I use), olive, and castor.
I'm thinking maybe you could use some different oils. Coconut oil, of course, smells and tastes DIVINE if you like it (Uny doesn't, but I adore it). You could teach your husband to use the palms of his hands or his knuckles to KNEAD your body till it feels like bread dough instead of "pinching" you with his fingers.

I wish I can afford to use DTO as a massage oil... I just apply it to the tightest spots (quite a bit unfortunately!) after shower when my body is all warm up and ask my hubby to knead on those hard knots. Unfortunately, it’s quite a struggle to get him to do that. :( Meanwhile, I just have to do the DIY massage by rolling up against a bunch of balls such as tennis, squash or whatever I can get my hands on... It's not the same, but better than nothing. :(
Yes, I love coconut oil, on my skin as well as in my food. It’s one of my favorite oil! You posted a awesome mango, coconut oil and one more ingredient? smoothie recipe when I first started IP and fasting. At the time, I was thinking that I’d try that as soon as I get off fasting! Hm... I think I’m going to the store and grab some mango… :::Drooling.:::
I thought Dr. Christopher’s 3rd oil would be BC&F. I use wheat-germ oil and jojoba oil on my skin too (both from MRHerbs). Do you know where can I get Dr. Christopher’s original IP?
-thx a mil...luv, tie.
