Re: Bruised Ego at Work
I know, its a delicate situation. No, the garage was not in my contract...I really don't have a contract...but neither his my health care insurance or vacation time...it was verbal, and that would stand up in court, so to speak. Arya's one of the nicest attorneys I have ever worked for...and if I brought it up he would probaby apologize and say he is going to get the car out of there...should have been already... etc, etc. but that is passive agressive, because it dosent' have tags on it, and so I am probably in for the long haul.
At any rate, that is really not the problem...the problem is the other employee was gone for over six months, and just because she worked for him before, she should wait for a spot in the garage to open up, not me. It's like butting your way to the front of the line in the grocery store, simply because you were there yesterday.
Better yet, the situation should be discussed between the three of us so we could come up with a way to share.
