I wouldn't even worry about it. The way I think about work is simple. You pay me to perform a service, and I perform this service better than most anybody that you could possibly find.

I only work here because you pay me, I don't need to like you, or vice versa.

The moment someone offers me a substantial increase in salary, I'm gone.
