I was guilty of over-doing it with the Calcium hydroxide in the bath. It is easy to do. You do something that gets a good result and your natural instinct is to do more.
I have found that getting yourself in a situation where you've push your calcium levels is challenging because as I understand it calcium and potassium both have a balancing effect on sodium. The protocol's only method of dealing with this is a high sodium kelp.
So for a while I was just taking kelp and epsom salt along with fish oil to try to balance out my calcium load.
Again, I can't imagine this ever happening without doing CH in the baths.
