I'll give you an example. Let's start with adding up your 'Sun' energies. (Any planets in Leo?, Aspects to your Sun, How many planets are in the 5th house - which is the Sun's traditional house) Refer to the post above which tells you what sign rules what planet and what house rules what planet too! Give your Sun in Pisces 2 points instead of one.

Sun Energy
2 aspects to your Sun
2 planets in Leo
1 planet in the 5th house = 5 points

Venus Energy
4 aspects to your Venus (yes, you count conjunctions)
2 planets in Libra and/or Venus (we're not counting Chiron but counting S and N nodes)
3 planets in the 2nd and 7th houses (Venus' houses) = 9 points

Neptune Energy
7 aspects to your Neptune (I'm including the conjunction to your MC)
0 planets in the 12th house
3 points for Pisces (Sun and Ascendant + extra point for weighted Sun - because it's important) = 10 points
