Yeah Colonix is a good one. I did the fiber without the parasite herbals for a good while ( like 2 motnhs I think? ) it has been years now but it was a good one. I got my hubby to do it for a little while but he wouldn't do it as long as I did. Too bad I couldn't tolerate the parasitics. I do not tolerate those fibers well either...made my innards hurt but it cleaned me out. lol
