Silver is good a killing bad bugs in the digestion, but it didn't help me that much with bloating because when taking it I would just get the runs and so my stomach would mostly be gurgling and I have taken it for a long time. What helped me so far is triphala. The info I read says it can have a laxative effect, but for me it doesn't do that so when I take it, it settles my stomach and allows me to eat more food. I used to not be able to eat fruit and would just get worst bloating, but that changed after triphala and I actually seek out apples and mandarines before other foods now. Except for this week, cause I got the flu real bad and it wrecked the progress I had made with my digestion. But I am hoping it is only temporary.
Also, after taking the triphala for a while, I was able to add 1 tsp a day of mesosilver without getting any adverse stomach effects.
How do you keep any weight on and get all nutrition if you only tolerate vegetables in your vegetarian diet?
