Try psyllium fibers in water in stead of laxatives.

Do you have other symptoms? Bloating, farting, fatigue, mushy stools/sticky stools/... (or how do they look?), ...
Maybe you've got some kind of
parasite or candida or something else wrong with your digestion.
I think you don't have to concentrate ONLY on the foods. You have also help digestion. Or maybe your adductor muscler (right translation?) isn't working properly?
Try also HCl, which is stomach acid. Having low stomach acid can cause a lot of symptoms in digestion. See
