>> I take a laxative everyday to try to make sure food doesn't stay in my system that long (maybe thats the wrong answer)

Try psyllium fibers in water in stead of laxatives.

>>And I'm too embarrased to confide in anyone here to ask them "do I smell worse when I eat this?" because then I would have to tell them the whole story of my entire life.

Ask your mom or so?

Do you have other symptoms? Bloating, farting, fatigue, mushy stools/sticky stools/... (or how do they look?), ...
Maybe you've got some kind of parasite or candida or something else wrong with your digestion.

I think you don't have to concentrate ONLY on the foods. You have also help digestion. Or maybe your adductor muscler (right translation?) isn't working properly?

Try also HCl, which is stomach acid. Having low stomach acid can cause a lot of symptoms in digestion. See
