What are foods that reduce fecal odor?

Hello all,

(A little backstory)
This is my first post, I'm a new user. I have been living with fecal Body Odor for as long as I can remember. Even as a child I remember the other kids not wanting to play with me because I "smell like boo-boo". High school was terrible of course... won't even go down that road. But I'm 25 now and I'm in the military. We have to stay in close quarters for hours everyday and I know it's driving (the other service members) crazy. I feel bad bacause I know it has to reek for them (and like everyone else on here I can't smell it myself). Anytime someone enters the room I'm in they say things like "smells like someone needs to wash their a$$" or "D@MN who sh!t their pants". Needless to say, my hygene is impeccable! Like everyone else on here when someone starts telling you that you stink you tend to take a few more showers than everyone else... to no avail.

Getting to the question in the subject title, I wanted to know what foods tend to make the smell worse and what foods make it better. I don't blame these guys for wiggin' out about the way I smell. I can't imagine what it must be like to smell it all day. If anyone knows any foods that subdue the smell a bit please share!
